At Malangi The Barber, we are committed to providing professional grooming and barbering services with customer satisfaction in mind.

Please read our refund policy carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing products.

1. Services

All barbering and grooming services provided by Malangi The Barber are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Haircuts
  • Beard trims
  • Skin fades
  • Buzz cuts
  • Shaving services
  • Facial grooming services
  • Any completed or partially completed service

As grooming results may vary based on individual preferences, hair type, and consultation outcomes, refunds will not be provided once a service has commenced or been completed.

2. Customer Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the premises or contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We may offer reasonable adjustments or corrections at our discretion; however, monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. Products

All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for grooming products, hair products, or retail items purchased from our business.

However, this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty or defective products.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and sale items are final and non-refundable.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
