At Malangi The Barber, we value both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule. This Cancellation Policy explains how appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are managed.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice may be charged up to the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving significantly late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on scheduling availability.

Full service charges may still apply.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

Malangi The Barber does not provide monetary refunds for cancelled appointments, prepaid bookings, deposits, or missed appointments under any circumstances.

At management discretion, eligible bookings may receive a booking credit or rescheduled appointment instead of a refund.

5. Barber Shop Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand emergencies can happen. In exceptional situations, management may choose to waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion.

7. Australian Consumer Law

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
